MTV Video Music Awards atau lebih dikenali sebagai MTV VMA meraikan barisan bintang muzik paling masyhur dan cemerlang pada tahun ini.

Acara MTV VMA 2023 yang berlangsung pada 13 September di Prudential Center, New Jersey menyaksikan bakat-bakat besar diiktiraf termasuk Nicki Minaj, Blackpink, Maneskin, SZA dan Olivia Rodrigo.

Taylor Swift mendominasi anugerah berprestij itu dengan membawa pulang beberapa trofi daripada empat kategori utama. Acara itu turut memberi penghormatan kepada dua legenda: Shakira dianugerahkan Video Vanguard Awards manakala Diddy menerima Global Icon Award.
